Sleepy…one solution that works
January 29th, 2010
As a new mom it is likely that you are struggling with the challenge of sleep deprivation. I know I was for a long time.
I turned to a sleep solution that has been used by many families whose babies had not yet learned this valuable skill.
Check out http://www.sleepsense.net/ for Dana Obleman’s sleep sense program.
It is easy to implement and for our family only required a few changes and (some obvious but important) advice to get our little sweetheart to sleep 11+ hours at night!
This solution may work for you – I hope it does! Night-Night
